 Australia has a national organization called Palliative Care Australia. One of its services is a national directory to help you find services and expertise in palliative care. To do the search, you can enter the name of the service, your postcode, or your state.

The Australian Government, Department of Health and Aging, also includes palliative care information on its website. There are several links to information on local palliative care grants, the National Palliative Care Strategy, and many more.
