National Directory of Hospice Palliative Care Services is an on-line directory that provides listing of programs and services across Canada. The programs and services are listed by province, name, and medical condition, or you can use the search function.

 

The Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association has put together this resource for caregivers in Canada. The list recommended books, pamphlets and handouts, and videos, as well as contact information for obtaining this information.

 

The British Columbia Hospice Palliative Care Association provides various types of information. This link provides you with a list of services across the province of British Columbia.

The Hospice Association of Ontario provides helps you find palliative care services in the province of Ontario. You can search by program, community, service, or diagnosis.

 

  

 Canuck Place Children’s Hospice is a pediatric hospice in British Columbia that provides care to terminally ill children. Canuck Place opened in 1995 and in 2007, the hospice received National Accreditation from the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation. They offer bereavement assistance for parents and siblings; professional referrals are not necessary and anyone who needs their services is welcome to register.
